Over two decades ago, I faced a major turning point. I was diagnosed with a chronic stomach condition, one that doctors told me I’d need to manage for life. At the time, I felt overwhelmed — like a chapter of my life had closed.
It wasn’t until a friend asked if stress might be playing a role that I began to question the connection between emotional wellbeing and physical health. I was skeptical, but curious enough to explore.
That simple question started a journey that transformed my life.
Through research and practice, I began applying stress-reduction techniques grounded in mindfulness, neuroscience, and energy management. To my surprise, not only did my sense of focus and calm improve — my physical symptoms disappeared completely within weeks and never returned.
Since then, I’ve spent 20 years refining these practices — and sharing them with others. The impact on their clarity, resilience, and performance convinced me that this work matters.
Then came my real test.
In recent years, I experienced profound personal loss, underwent major surgery, sold the family home, and lost my job — all within a short period. Yet I remained steady, focused, and clear. Not because life was easy, but because I had trained my mind to respond with presence instead of panic.
